Shipping Policy

Processing
Orders are usually prepared for shipment within 2-4 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping origin
Orders are shipped from China. Available delivery methods, estimated delivery windows, and shipping charges are shown at checkout based on the destination and order details.

Estimated delivery
For US destinations, the current estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, carrier delays, peak seasons, or incomplete addresses.

Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send tracking details by email after the carrier scans the package. Tracking updates may take several days to appear.

Customs and import charges
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Delivery problems
If a package appears delayed, lost, or damaged, contact us at 1639348224@qq.com with your order number and photos where applicable. We will work with the carrier to investigate.

Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if your address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after shipment.
